Hi all,
We found a couple of issues with search in Bing for iPad running the iOS 5 release build. Specifically a problem with the Lasso search tool and with multi-word searches in some circumstances.
Both of these issues have been addressed and are now in V1.1.2 in the iTunes App Store.
Thanks,
Eric

I mean if youve seen 1 browser you’ve seen them all right. Other than a hand jerk here, or a shake there. Really my favorite browser is the one I’m closest to at the time I’m wanting to search. Right now there’s only one browser I keep going to for the obvious reason is cloud browse. Bing as far as its interface and layout. I’ll rank this right up there with all the other browsers

I love the search engine but how do I change the location for the correct weather & news? I have auto location set on my iPad but keeps showing the wrong location.
Gotta have it all

I wish I could add my own categories/feeds like Weave or Zite. I find myself going back to Zite because the UI is more appealing and the content is more personal.

So what is deal with low-res fonts within the browser? The search results are hard to read, and look like crap, compared to other apps. No Retina support???

Thanks for the feedback. We’re aware of the rendering issues with the new iPad. We’ve made the fix and have submitted the update to the App Store. You’ll see the update once Apple approves it and pushes it live.
